Information & how it is used
This is an informational website. It has no contact form, customer account, payment facility or mailing list. When you contact the bakery by phone or through an external service, you choose which contact and order details to provide. The information is used to respond to enquiries, arrange orders and provide customer service. There is no legal obligation to provide details for an ordinary enquiry; without the necessary details, we may be unable to contact you or arrange an order.
The hosting server may record IP addresses, visit times, pages and technical information for operation and security. This information may constitute personal data.
Cookies & saved preferences
The plugin saves your external-content preference in your browser using localStorage for up to six months. This storage is used only to remember your preference. WordPress and the hosting provider may use essential files for operation and security, such as administrator login. The supplied website configuration has no analytics tools or advertising pixels.
You can choose essential content only or allow external content, and change your choice at any time using the privacy settings button in the footer. Clearing the website’s browser data also removes the preference.
External content, recipients & data transfers
The Facebook video loads only after external content is approved. Loading connects to Meta, which may receive your IP address and browser information and use Cookies under its own policy. Information may be processed outside Israel. You can browse the website without approving the video. Links to Facebook, maps or WhatsApp open external services with their own policies.
Hosting and maintenance providers may access information needed to operate and secure the website. Order information may be shared with suppliers needed to fulfil the order, as agreed with the customer. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. This plugin does not add a service for selling information or targeted advertising.
Data retention & security
Enquiry and order information is retained to handle them, meet legal requirements and resolve disputes, and no longer than necessary for these purposes. Access permissions, backups, updates and log-retention settings are managed by the website operator and its providers. No system is completely secure.
Rights & enquiries
Subject to the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, you may request access to personal information held about you in a database, and request correction or deletion of information that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or outdated, in accordance with sections 13–14 and applicable provisions. Contact us using the details above. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and handle the request.
Updates
This policy applies to the current website configuration. Adding forms, measurement tools, mailing services or external services requires the policy and settings to be updated to reflect actual activity.
